1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Aromial ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Aromial is a social commerce platform that allows users to discover and purchase products through short-form videos, with an option for doorstep try-on delivery.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

4. Doorstep Trials

The doorstep try-on feature allows you to try products before confirming your purchase. Payment is held via pre-authorization. If you decline the product at doorstep, the hold is released. If you keep the product, the payment is captured.

5. Payments

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment information.

6. Payments at Doorstep

Payment collection at doorstep is available in select cities. If you choose doorstep payment, payment is collected by our delivery partner. Orders must be paid in full at the time of delivery. Returns at doorstep are free — no payment is collected.

7. Returns & Refunds

Products returned at doorstep are not charged. For standard orders, returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

8. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for product quality, accurate descriptions, and timely fulfillment. Aromial reserves the right to remove sellers who violate our policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

Aromial is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
